The Justice Department has handed Kyle William Spitze, a 27-year-old from Friendsville, Tennessee, a 77-year prison sentence, the longest federal term ever imposed on a nihilistic violent extremist. His plea, entered in December 2024, admitted two counts of producing child sexual abuse material, possession of CSAM, and distribution of animal crush videos.
Online, he used the handles Chrimhn, Criminal, and Criminaloli. He led Harm Nation, an offshoot of the 764 collective, and ran a Telegram channel tied to the group. Investigators said he victimized dozens of girls, coercing them under threats of doxing and swatting to produce abuse material of themselves, self-mutilate, and write his online moniker in their blood.
The probe started with a Discord report in December 2023. A search of Spitze’s phone turned up roughly 25 photo albums holding the same images and videos he posted to his channel, along with footage of animals being killed under coercion. His plea agreement includes an admission of a terrorist motive.
Attorney General Todd Blanche called the crimes the worst of the worst, and FBI Director Kash Patel said arrests of NVE offenders rose 500% last year. The sentence follows the 40-year term handed to Alexis Aldair Chavez, another 764 offshoot leader, in July.
